Cupidr is designed to transform images uploaded by users into original rap lyrics and instructional breakdowns. This Privacy Overview explains the types of information collected, how the data is handled internally, and your rights regarding both the uploaded content and AI-generated results. Continuing to use the app or uploading images indicates your acceptance of these practices; if you disagree, you should immediately stop using Cupidr and refrain from providing any content.
All image handling occurs within Cupidr’s own internal AI systems. No data is sent to third-party AI services or external platforms. Uploaded images are exclusively used to generate the requested lyrics and teaching breakdowns, and the AI does not reuse or share content for other purposes.
When you provide images, they may include people, objects, or scenes relevant to the desired lyrical output. The AI treats each image as a holistic input. It does not extract, identify, or store facial or biometric information, nor does it attempt to recognize individual identities.
During AI computation, temporary data is generated to complete the requested lyric creation. This temporary data is automatically removed immediately after processing, with no user action required. Users have complete control over their uploaded images and generated lyrics; deletion of any content by the user results in permanent removal with no residual copies.
Uploaded images and generated lyrics are solely used for the immediate generation task. Content is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or AI model training. This ensures the processing remains purpose-specific and respects user privacy.
Some images uploaded to Cupidr may incidentally include human faces or other body features. Cupidr does not and will not:
· collect faces or facial data separately from the rest of the image,
· analyze or interpret any facial features for identification or profiling,
· store or retain any facial templates, measurements, or biometric identifiers,
· perform identity verification, facial recognition, or any form of biometric processing.
All visual elements, including faces, are processed only as part of the full image to generate the requested AI lyrics and teaching breakdowns. No facial or biometric information is ever extracted, stored, reused, or shared. This ensures that even if a face is incidentally present, it cannot be linked to a user or individual, fully protecting user privacy.
By uploading images and requesting AI-generated content, you provide informed consent for Cupidr to process the content internally and exclusively for generating lyrics. You acknowledge that no content is shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Cupidr is intended for users 17 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or retain information from anyone below this age threshold. Any underage use may result in restricted access and removal of associated content.
Technical and organizational measures, including controlled system access and encryption, are employed to protect your content during processing and storage. While no system is completely immune to risks, these measures minimize the likelihood of unauthorized access.
As Cupidr evolves, this Privacy Overview may be updated to reflect functional changes, improvements in AI handling, or compliance with legal obligations. Updates will be clearly indicated with a new “Current version effective” date. Continuing to use the app after an update reflects your agreement with the revised practices.
